Day-of Coordination is a bit more than just “day-of”. I am there with you weeks before your wedding to make sure everything is in place for a smooth and flawless wedding day. This service includes but is not limited to:

• Creation of your day-of timeline and coordination with all vendors on this

• Creation of all floor plans for the venue

• Being part of your final venue meeting to discuss all details

• Coordination of your full ceremony rehearsal

• Full coordination, from the very beginning to the very end of your wedding day

This service starts at: $1,800

*Additional staffing costs and travel expenses may be added due to the size and scope of the wedding. Contact me for an exact quote for your wedding.

Sometimes you just need a bit more help every once in awhile when it comes to planning. One-on-one consultations is available. Maximum 3 hour consultations where you can get help on anything you need, in whatever stage of planning you’re in. It could be help with your timeline, vendor contracts, design, sourcing things, etc.

This service costs $150 per consultation.
